The hotel is located near Sultanahmed and the Grand Bazaar, making it super convenient for exploring major tourist spots. The rooms, while initially small, were upgraded to a suite upon my complaint and were very clean. The balcony needed some maintenance, but overall, the stay was enjoyable. The service was a mix of polite and cold interactions, with inconsistency in English proficiency among staff. The dining experience, though mainly traditional Turkish breakfast, was satisfactory. The future improvements in the surroundings could enhance the overall experience for guests.

My stay at the hotel was truly comfortable and convenient. The rooms were spacious and provided everything I needed, although the noise from the bar below was a bit disruptive. The upgrade I received was excellent value for money, enhancing my overall experience. The location was superb, being close to public transport options, but the proximity to noisy bars was a downside.
